Your order will be processed for shipping within 5-7 business days from the time of your credit card authorization and verification. Please be aware that this is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via UPS or Fedex Ground. You will be send a UPS or Fedex tracking number and all packages require an adult signature. All packages will be insured for the full value of the gown. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to address issues.
We provide Expedited Shipping for rush deliveries. This service is based on a flat rate and is dependent on the location the gown is shipping is from and the destination.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability and location of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
We are happy to ship internationally but make no guarantees about delivery. It has been our experience that international shipping takes 2-3 weeks via DHL Priority Express. Shipping costs will vary and are calculated on your checkout page. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to address issues or those lost in transit.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. If you order is eligible for return shipping, all fees associated are at the expense of the buyer. You must first get a return authorization by contacting us at email@example.com. All returned items must arrive in the original packaging, along with all extras, like garment bags, hangers, etc. After the item has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund less a 20% restocking fee.
