RETURNS & EXCHANGES



Brand New Items

There are NO RETURNS accepted on brand new, Stock Wedding Dresses and Accessories. All Stock Dresses and Accessories have undergone a QC process and are sold in as-is condition. You will see the designation of 'New Item' on all New Stock Items online.

Sample Sale Items

We will accept returns on Sample Sale items, less a 20% restocking fee. You must make your return request within 3 days of receipt of item. Please contact us at halo@lovelybride.com for a return request. All Sample Sale items will have the designation of 'Sample Sale' on the item page.

Due to the subtle flaws in tried-on samples, we understand that a sample sale item may not be in the condition that you had anticipated. Since we recover and refresh all returns, the restocking fee will not be waived for any reason. We cannot accept return requests for orders that include multiple dresses. 

Consignment Items

Consigned dresses will each have their own individual return policy, listed on the dress listing. Because consigned items are the property of the bride, returns are in the bride's discretion.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. We highly suggest purchasing any new items you’re interested in immediately as we cannot hold items while waiting for a return to be processed on a prior item.
